Payment Policy

To reserve your wedding date and time, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due on or before the ceremony date.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred once to a new date if rescheduled 14 days or more in advance. Cancellations made within 7 days of the ceremony are subject to payment full balance.

If the officiant must cancel for any reason, all payment will be refunded in full.

Power of Attorney (POA): $5 per signature

Advance Directive: $5 per signature
Will & Testament: $5 per signature

Land Title & Trust: $ 5 per signature

County Probate: $ 5 per signature

Property Deed of Sale: $ 5 per signature

Quit Claim Deed: $ 5 per signature
